Sign up for an account, connect your integrations, upload your pre-recorded video content to Google Drive, configure your runbook settings, and schedule your webinar or meeting. The entire setup process takes less than 5 minutes.

SimuLive requires Google Drive for video storage and a meeting platform integration for hosting your automated meetings and webinars. Both integrations can be connected directly from your dashboard with secure authorization.

Each runbook folder should contain: video.mp4 (your pre-recorded presentation), participant.json (virtual participant configuration), and messages.json (chat message timing and content). SimuLive validates and downloads these assets automatically when your runbook executes.

Yes! SimuLive works with MP4 video files stored in your Google Drive. We recommend using MP4 format for optimal compatibility. Simply select your video folder when creating a new runbook, and our platform handles the rest automatically.

Virtual participants join your meeting or webinar automatically from your participant.json configuration, creating the appearance of a well-attended event with realistic interactions.

Chat simulation is driven by your custom messages.json file that you configure in your Google Drive folder. Messages are displayed according to your predefined timing and content, creating authentic engagement during your webinar or meeting. You have full control over the frequency, tone, and types of interactions.

Virtual participants are simulated attendees configured in your participant.json file that join your meeting or webinar automatically, creating the appearance of a well-attended event. Each virtual participant has a unique profile and can engage with the chat for authentic interactions.

Yes! You can run any number of meetings or webinars simultaneously, each with different pre-recorded content. Each runbook operates independently, so you can have multiple concurrent sessions playing different videos on different topics at the same time.

Yes, each simultaneous meeting or webinar requires its own meeting platform account. If you want to run multiple meetings or webinars at the same time, you will need separate accounts connected to SimuLive. Each account can be configured with its own runbook and content.

Your meetings and webinars are always live sessions from the start. SimuLive streams your pre-recorded content into the live session automatically. You can join anytime to take over with real-time interaction, such as conducting a Q&A or sales closing segment after the automated content finishes.

All your scheduled meetings and webinars are live sessions from the moment they start. If you have multiple concurrent sessions playing different pre-recorded content, you can join any or all of them at any time to interact with attendees in real-time for sales or Q&A.

With scheduled auto-start, you can set your streams to begin automatically at a specified date and time. SimuLive handles everything including connecting to your streaming platforms, starting the broadcast, and playing your pre-recorded content exactly when scheduled.

The number of simultaneous streaming destinations depends on your subscription plan. All plans support multi-platform streaming to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, TikTok, and custom RTMP destinations.

Yes! You can schedule the same pre-recorded content to stream at different times across different platforms. Create multiple runbooks with the same video content but different schedules to reach audiences in various time zones.

SimuLive offers four subscription plans: Silver ($5/hour), Gold ($7/hour), Platinum ($9/hour), and Diamond ($11/hour). Silver is perfect for getting started, Gold for growing businesses, Platinum offers enterprise features, and Diamond is our pay-as-you-go plan for high-volume users with the best rates and dedicated support.

Your subscription includes credit hours that are consumed when runbooks are active. Silver plan is $5/hour, Gold plan is $7/hour, Platinum plan is $9/hour, and Diamond plan is $11/hour. Run as many webinars or meetings as you need, for as long as you need, as long as you have available credit hours.

Monthly cost depends on your usage. For example, if you run 2-hour sessions daily (60 hours/month), the cost would be approximately $300/month on Silver, $420/month on Gold, $540/month on Platinum, or $660/month on Diamond. Diamond offers the best value for high-volume users with all premium features included.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. SimuLive does not store your payment information.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond plans at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated based on your usage.

At $11/hour, Diamond offers all premium features including 1080p streaming, custom RTMP destinations, dedicated support, priority processing, 48khz audio quality, and 24-hour max duration for your webinars and meetings.

Diamond is ideal for businesses running continuous 24/7 streams, large-scale webinar campaigns, agencies managing multiple clients, or enterprises with high-volume webinar and meeting needs. If you run more than 100 hours per month, Diamond provides the best value with all premium features included.

Diamond includes everything in Platinum plus: 48khz audio quality, 1080p HD video streaming, 24-hour max duration, auto chat simulation, up to 10 pre-joined participants, priority support, chat prohibited words filtering, 1080p live streaming, custom RTMP destinations, and dedicated account support.

Yes! Diamond is specifically designed for continuous and long-running events. With 24-hour max duration per session and all premium features at $11/hour, it is perfect for 24/7 live streams, marathon webinars, continuous training broadcasts, and always-on virtual events.
